Additional farm brewery policies:

Friday 4 to 10pm (Trivia Night)

Saturday 1 to 9pm

Sunday 1 to 7pm

Outside Food/Drink/Alcohol - Zero tolerance policy - No outside food, nor drink are allowed on premise. Food can be purchased from the food truck of the day. Any guest found with alcohol not purchased from the brewery will be documented and asked to leave immediately; no questions asked.

Restrooms - inside/outside-Please DO NOT flush items down the toilet other than toilet paper. The septic crocodiles only eat toilet paper. Thank you.

21+ policy - Inside seating - Outside seating is enjoyable for all ages. We will be enforcing a 21+ policy for inside seating. Please keep the little ones and dogs home and safe.

Children must remain seated at tables outside. All children must be accompanied by an adult while inside the brewery/restroom areas. The farm brewery is not a play ground, please be mindful of all our guests. Thank you for understanding.

We are a working farm. The fields below the hillside of the brewery and adjacent to the brewery are actively growing, so please be considerate of the farmland, farm employees, and CT and Federal farm regulations. This includes no animals on the property.

Since we opened in the fall 2019, we have been a no dog brewery because of the CT GAP/FSMA regulations (the same regulations that apply to all farm breweries, breweries on farms, and vineyards in CT). As we have active growing fields adjacent to the hillside seating, we are not able to have our furry friends with us. Long story short, no one wants animal fecal matter in their beer, food, or wine. If you go to another brewery on a farm or a vineyard, please keep this in mind. They might have a special fenced off area where dogs can be permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in leaving your four-legged friends at home.
